WHAT KIND OF SHIRTS DO YOU PRINT ON?
All of our t-shirts are the best quality, 100% cotton and are professionally screen printed. They are not inferior iron-ons, or any other cheap image transfers that are being sold on the web. Some shrinking is common with cotton products. Washing your shirt in cold water is recommended for the first few washings.
Our Jerseys are 100% polyester performance fabric with dry wicking capabilities and antimicobial treatment
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Once you have selected your shirts, click on “Proceed to Checkout” enter your information and select Checkout with Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Fill in all payment and shipping information and receive confirmation of your payment.
WHAT IF I’M UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER?
Our goal is to provide a positive experience with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of the purchase date. Ensuring they are in their original condition and in the original packing they were provided with and we will issue a full refund which will not include the cost of the original shipping. We are unable to refund items that appear to have been washed, worn or have had the tags removed. Please contact us first for instructions. Do not send us the shirt without an explanation for the reason of your return. Your money will be refunded minus the original shipping amount. They will be issued to your PayPal account. If payment was made by check or money order, a refund will be sent by check to the address provided. Please contact us at returns@riderinserepeat.com if you need assistance or have any further questions. We are not responsible for size or color issues. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Here at Alston Bros we endeavor to process all returns, whether they are exchanges or refunds, within 10 working days of us receiving the product.
