    What kind of shirts do you print on?

    • All of our t-shirts are the best quality, 100% cotton and are professionally printed. Some shrinking is common with cotton products. Washing your shirt in cold water is recommended for the first few washings.

    What if I'm unhappy with my order

    • Our goal is to provide a positive experience with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of the purchase date. Ensuring they are in their original condition and in the original packing they were provided with and we will issue a full refund which will not include the cost of the original shipping. We are unable to refund items that appear to have been washed, worn or have had the tags removed. Please contact us first for instructions. Do not send us the shirt without an explanation for the reason of your return. Your money will be refunded minus the original shipping amount. They will be issued to your PayPal account. If payment was made by check or money order, a refund will be sent by check to the address provided. Please contact us at returns@alstonbros.com if you need assistance or have any further questions. We are not responsible for size or color issues. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Here at Alston Bros we endeavor to process all returns, whether they are exchanges or refunds, within 10 working days of us receiving the product.

    What is your privacy policy?

    • Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell or give your address, phone number, e-mail address or other information to any outside parties. We’re here to sell T-shirts, not scam our customers.

    How accurate are the product shots and artwork colors?

    • Garment and printed artwork colors are reproduced on our website and marketing materials as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color can sometimes occur as a result of the settings and color calibration of your monitor. For any products that feature a distressed finish, we try to include a close-up of the image to give an accurate representation of the finished product.

    Order fulfillment times

    • Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 3 – 5 business days after order placement. Shipping notifications are sent out via email after order is shipped. Delivery times may be longer around major holidays.
    • If you have not received a shipping notification within five days do check your junk or spam folders. Please send email to sales@alstonbros.com if you have not received the shipping notification or want to check on the status of your order.
